Flexible working hours

At TedGifted, we take into account different lifestyles and preferences. Production operates on a three-shift basis, allowing you to tailor your schedule to suit your individual needs. Some office duties can be carried out remotely and, after a trial period, we offer the opportunity to work in a hybrid model.

Team-building events

Relationships are very important to us - we regularly organise team-building events such as bowling outings, cheering together at sporting events or outdoor summer picnics. This is a great opportunity to get to know each other better outside of the office and the production line.

Activity and health

We offer a wide range of MultiSport cards - also for children and friends. You decide how and where you want to use them: at the gym, the swimming pool or relaxing in the sauna after work. In addition, a fresh pack of fruit awaits you every Thursday - a healthy boost of energy.

Contact us via the contact form. Select a position and attach CV. Once your application has been reviewed and favorably evaluated, we will schedule an online or telephone interview.

STEP 2

Interview at the company's headquarters

The next stage of recruitment is a meeting at the company's headquarters with a representative of the HR department and a potential supervisor. We want to get to know you better, as well as tell you about the Company. For some positions, we will ask you to perform a recruitment task.

STEP 3

Decision

At the time agreed upon during the interview, we will contact you to tell you the employment decision. If it is positive, we will propose terms of cooperation. Now the decision is up to you. We always contact you - regardless of the decision.

We start the cooperation

Welcome to onboarding. Sign the contract and start onboarding. In the first weeks you will get to know the Company, the specifics of your work and your responsibilities. You will undergo training and receive the knowledge package necessary for your daily work. We are glad that you are joining TedGifted.
