Where does the production of lanyards and bandanas take place?

All TedGifted products are manufactured in Poland, in accordance with Polish and European standards. The production hall is located near Poznań

Do the products have certificates?

Yes, each product is manufactured in accordance with European standards. Each product has Oeko-Tex and REACH certificates

Oeko-Tex – this is a guarantee of the safety of textile products that come into direct contact with the skin and protection against harmful chemical substances

REACH is a European Union regulation adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment against the threats that chemicals may pose. Our printed products do not contain substances of very high concern (SVHC) from the candidate list provided and updated by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).

GRS - guarantees the use of at least 20% recycled materials - compliant with the ISO 14021 standard. Thanks to the certification of GRS products, we limit the harmful impact of production on people and the environment

TÜV - in the field of safety and controlled production, means peace of mind for consumers and no fear of threats to life or health during use.

FSC is a guarantee that when using wood, we do not harm the environment and the people living in symbiosis with it. FSC ensures that we meet standards both in terms of environmental protection and the care of our employees. The wood was checked throughout the entire processing process - from cutting to processing into a finished product.

What is the chemical composition of bio bags? (e.g. HDPE, LDPE...)

Bio bags are made of PLA foil, which means that they are made of corn or sugar cane and if treated properly, they degrade within even a few months.

Are there other forms of packaging than those shown on the website?

Yes, other options are also available, both standard (non-standard quantities packed in a bag) and ecological, e.g. ecological envelopes, display, other

Can the packaging be personalized?

It is possible to personalize the packaging with e.g. stickers on the bags or printing on the banderole, instructions for bandanas, envelope

What payment methods are available?

Payments can be made by bank transfer, TPay or credit card. If you choose the traditional transfer option, you are required to send payment confirmation

Can I get trade credit?

Yes, trade credit is granted upon request after placing orders with a minimum total value of EUR 1000

Can I pay partially for the order?

This is possible under individual arrangements with the Customer Service Representative

How do I register on the website?

Registration on the website is very simple. Just enter the company's contact details and Tax Identification Number. TedGifted will activate your account within an hour. From now on, it will be possible to place orders, create offers and manage them from a dedicated customer panel.

Where is the production time visible?

Production time is visible after selecting the appropriate configuration and product quantity. The system automatically shows the current possible shipping date at the top of the pricing table and in the order summary.

Why has my shipping date changed?

The production time visible at the time of placing the order is the current fastest possible shipping date for a given configuration. Failure to accept the visualization or make the payment within the specified time may result in the shipment date being postponed to the next available date. The time remaining to make a payment or accept the visualization allowing the shipment date to be maintained is visible in the order panel.

Can I cancel my order?

An order that has not been confirmed for mass production may be canceled. For this purpose, please contact your Customer Service Representative.

Orders confirmed for mass production cannot be canceled and full payment is required

Are manufactured items created in compliance with social and other EU policies and standards?

Yes, TedGifted is a company specializing in the production of personalized promotional items. 100% of TedGifted items come from our factory in Poland. For our organization, the responsibility for providing the best working conditions is a priority issue, which is regulated by the Code of Conduct (Codes of Conduct) of our organization.

What is the origin of the products offered by TedGifted?

TedGifted is a company specializing in the production of personalized promotional items. 100% of the sublimation articles in TedGifted's offer come from our factory in Poland. For personalized advertising articles we include the country of origin on invoices. At the request of our partners, we prepare individual declarations of origin - for this purpose, please contact Customer Service.


Declaration of conformity, test reports.

The test report focuses on results, while declarations of conformity are concerned with meeting standards and regulations. Both documents are important in the quality and safety assurance process, which is a priority for TedGifted.

The statement, the certificate I have from TedGifted has expired.

All documents are available at - Certifications. They are updated regularly, as we make sure that the materials and components used have certifications. Safety in the use of our products is of utmost importance to us.

Can I use the statements and other documents provided on tedgifted.com?

Yes, we encourage you to use them. The documents made available are proof of the care we put into the selection of components, packaging, technology and processes. All components and materials used in production are certified, thus ensuring both users and the environment safety and regulatory compliance - Certificates.

What is the validity of offers received from TedGifted?

What is sublimation printing?

Sublimation printing is an indirect digital printing technique used on white polyester textiles. It allows for a high-quality print with photographic quality, with no limits on the number of colours. The sublimation process makes the print permanently penetrate into the structure of the product, which ensures its durability and resistance to rub-off. In addition, the number of colours used does not affect the price of the product, making this method ideal for large orders with a variety of graphics.

What are the possible types of logo positioning within sublimation printing?

1. One-sided full colour print - in full colour on one side of the textile material, e.g. tape, cloth, etc. Choosing this form of logo arrangement means that the logo on one side will be in full colour, centred, i.e. on each piece of product in the same place (uncut). The other side of the material will remain white (without any printing).

2. Two-sided full colour printing - not positioned - in full colour on both sides of the textile material, e.g. tapes, lanyards. The choice of this form means that on the front side the logo will be centred, on each piece in the same place (uncut), while the back side will be printed with the logo or a repetitive sequence of graphics, which on each piece of the product will fall in a different place - randomly.

3. Double-sided full colour print - positioned - in full colour on both sides of the material, e.g. tapes, lanyards. Choosing this form of logo positioning means that the logos on both sides of the tape/lanyard will not be cut off. The graphics on the front side will match the graphics on the back of the ribbon (however, a certain tolerance should always be taken into account - for more on tolerances see our General Terms and Conditions).

What is the phenomenon of colour transfer in sublimation?

Due to the specific nature of the sublimation process, slight colour transitions may occur at the interfaces of the graphics (especially when there is a high colour contrast between the background and the logotype, thin or small graphic elements) as a result of the colour transfer that occurs under the influence of high temperature from the paper to the textile material. This means that, for example, white on a black background with small graphic elements may become slightly grey, which is a natural effect for this printing technology.

Why is double-sided printing not recommended for certain products, e.g. cloths?

This is due to the phenomenon of colours penetrating deep into the textile material. This makes sublimation printing an extremely durable marking method with unlimited colour possibilities. It should be noted, however, that on some of the more delicate materials, the phenomenon of colour transfer may occur when using more intense colours. In order to ensure the highest quality, in such cases we recommend single-sided printing.


Why do you see white threads next to the sewing in some cases?

Due to the use of a white starting material, which is coated with ink, when the thread is pushed into the material, the outer part of the threads is exposed, which can lead to the appearance of white threads. This applies occasionally when the background of the design is dark in colour. However, this does not diminish the use value of the final product.


What technology is used to produce personalized items?

TedGifted is a leading manufacturer of personalized promotional items using the Z1 sublimation printing technique. Sublimation printing is a modern technology that makes it possible to transfer graphics to various types of materials. The sublimation process makes it possible to obtain prints with vivid and saturated colors, which are extremely difficult to achieve with other printing methods.

  • Z2 Pad printing – a technique involving the transfer of ink from a mould to the surface of a product using a flexible pad, ideal for printing on uneven surfaces.
  • Z3 Thermal transfer – a process involving the transfer of a design from foil to material by means of heat, mainly applied to textiles.
  • Z4 DTG (Direct to Garment) – direct-to-garment printing on fabrics, which produces high-quality full-colour prints on garments.
  • Z5 Engraving – a technique involving the cutting of patterns or text on the surface of a material, most commonly used to mark objects made of metal, wood or glass.
  • Z6 Laser – a technology that uses a laser to precisely cut or engrave on various materials, ensuring exceptional accuracy and quality.
  • Z7 Embossing – a process in which a die is used to create raised or recessed designs on the surface of a material, often used in the production of elegant cases, invitations or packaging.
  • Z8 Digital printing – a technique that uses digital printing to quickly and efficiently apply high-resolution designs.
  • Z9 Doming – a technique involving the application of a transparent resin over a print, creating a raised surface effect that adds aesthetic appeal and durability.

Is it possible to apply the logo in white by sublimation?

No. In case of sublimation, the output textile material is white/natural color, which means that when there is a graphic element/background in white color in the design, it is not covered with paint but remains in the original color of the material (white/natural).

What is the origin of TedGifted products?

Personalized sublimation products from TedGifted come from our factory in Poland. Marking of stock products is done in Poland. Upon request, we will provide with the invoice the relevant manufacturer's statement about the origin of the product.

Why can't tape measure design be used to take precise measurements?

It is worth remembering that tapes and other products containing a scale have an advertising purpose. Due to the shrinkage of the materials, which can occur under the influence of high temperature, they can not be used for precise measurements, and are only illustrative and their role is advertising value.

Will each piece of product have the same dimensions?

Due to the use of textile materials in production, which under the influence of high  temperature may vary slightly from one to another, there is no guarantee that each piece of product will have the same dimensions. Any difference is minimal, it is purely a technical issue that does not affect the functionality of the products. Quality issues of manufactured items are very important to us, so we have internal quality control standards. More in General Terms and Conditions §9.

Is it necessary to have a TedGifted.com account to place an order?

Yes, in order to take full advantage of our store's offer and place orders, it is necessary to create an account.

How to create an account?

In the upper right corner of our home page there is an icon “Login and Order”, with which you can register as a new customer. After entering the necessary data, your application will be sent to us and within 60 minutes your account will be activated , which will allow you to use the functionality of the system.

Why hasn't my account creation confirmation email arrived?

The reason may be  an incorrect e mail address. Another reason may be anti spam systems installed on your computer or server. Some emails are blocked by them and classified as spam. Check the spam tab in your email inbox. There may also have been temporary technical problems while setting up your account and your request did not reach us.If you do not receive a confirmation within 60 minutes, try creating an account again or email us at: info@tedgifted.com

What can I do if I can't remember my password?

You can easily reset your password here. Enter the email address you use to log in to tedgifted.com in the form. Within minutes you will receive an email from us, with instructions to change/recover your password. Just click the link in the email. Once you enter your new password, you will receive confirmation that it has been successfully changed.

Password change. Can I change the password to access my account?

Yes, you can change your password at any time. In the upper right corner there is a buttonProfileclick on it to continue to the Account Management tab, where you will find a button. Password and marketing consents allowing you to edit your company account settings.

Multiuser function - what is it?

Multiuser is a functionality that allows multiple users to use one account. The person who creates an account on the portal is also its administrator, who adds new users.

Is the customer account free of charge?

Yes. The customer account is free and there are no fees associated with its creation and use.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from the TedGifted newsletter?

You can subscribe to the newsletter directly on our website TedGifted.

How do I place an order online?

Select the configured product by clicking the Order button in the lower right corner. Complete the information about the product you want to order and add files, based on which we will prepare a visualization for you.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?

The reason could be an incorrect e-mail address. Another reason could be the anti spam systems installed on your computer or server. Some e-mails are blocked by them and classified as spam. If you do not receive a confirmation within 15 minutes, please contact our Customer Service or send an email to info@tedgifted.com.

Can I order a product in a smaller quantity than what is available in the system?

Yes. However, we encourage you to order in the numbers available in the system. The minimum numbers designated for products are the so-called minimum production optimum. Manufacturing a smaller number of pieces often costs as much as ordering  the minimum production optimum, while having a longer lead time. Such an order requires an order through the Customer Service Office.

Can I place an order and additionally have some pieces prepared and shipped for me (to a different address than the one specified in the order)?

Yes, for this purpose please contact Customer Service before placing an order.

I want to place an order divided into several projects. Is this possible?

Yes, however  this requires adding each order separately to the system and contacting Customer Service to combine shipments if delivery is to the same address.

IMPORTANT -  to combine orders, contact Customer Service before confirming the order for mass production and approving the visuals for production

Can I combine several orders into one shipment?

Yes, this can be done before accepting the order and final visualization for mass production.

The shipping date for orders combined into one shipment is always determined by the order with the longest lead time.

Can I send one order to multiple addresses?

Yes, for this purpose contact Customer Service.

Can I change the graphics or configuration parameters after mass production has started?

No. Once mass production begins, no changes to the design can be made.

Can I change the number of products in my order once the mass production has started?

No. At the time of the start of mass production, it is not possible to change the number of ordered products.

There is, however, the possibility of placing a new order based on the actual price list, for the new quantity ordered. The date of shipment of the added products will depend on the available production capacity at the time.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Tak, zmiana adresu dostawy jest możliwa do 24h przed planową datą wysyłki, o ile zamówienie nie zostało jeszcze odebrane przez przewoźnika. Adres dostawy możesz samodzielnie edytować w panelu, pod warunkiem, że zmiana adresu odbywa się bez zmiany kraju dostawy. W przypadku konieczności zmiany dostawy do innego kraju prosimy o kontakt z Biurem Obsługi Klienta.

Can I change the mode of transportation after mass production starts?

Yes, the mode of transportation can be changed up to 24 h before the scheduled shipment date of your order, as long as it has not been received by the carrier in advance. W to confirm the possibility of  change, please contact Customer Service.

Can I speed up the delivery date after I place an order?

The timeframes we offer are very short. We perform the work according to the schedule given with the order.

Can I cancel my order?

After the order is placed and the final visualization is accepted, the order goes into production. Until the order is shipped from the warehouse, you can change the delivery address yourself or contact Customer Service and arrange the possibility of cancelling the transport and disposal of products.(As long as the order has not left the warehouse by 24 h before the scheduled shipping date ). In each of the described cases, the cost of the order must be paid by you. 

I want to send the materials needed to complete my order.

Please, send your materials needed for the production to:

along with the reference number of the order or calculation. Lack of references may result in delays.

Remember: if you wish to supplement your materials, consultation with Customer Service is essential.

Re-ordering - I want exactly the same thing. How can I do it?

Due to the individual nature of production, each repeat order is treated as a new  and slight differences between each realization may occur (e.g., in terms of colors, materials, finishing, accessories). These may be due to variability of components, differences within batches of materials used in production, while not affecting the final functionality of the product, and in the event that a specific effect is to be achieved, we recommend sending a sample / product / design from the previous realization to TedGifted, 3 Żytnia Street, 62-064 Plewiska, Poland  with the reference number of the calculation or order. Lack of references may result in delays.

What is the MID number, what is the TedGifted number?

MID stands for “Manufacturers Identification code”, which is the manufacturer identification code placed on the commercial invoice, at the request of the customer.

How do I submit files for printing, design preparation?

We offer a service that allows you to submit and easily upload orders online. The main goal is to reduce the time of preparation of visualization, up to 3h from the moment of uploading files. After configuring the selected product, click on the “I order visualization” button, then fill in the parameters and order a free visualization.

What formats of graphics, files are acceptable?

We accept the following file formats:

Vector graphics:  PDF (recommended), eps, ai, svg

Other: TIFF, TIF, JPG (minimum 300 dpi)

For non-vector files, we recommend that you make a sample, as the use of formats other than those recommended may affect the quality on the final product.

I don't have the right files, I don't have the font I need. Is there any help I can get?

Yes, contact Customer Service and ask about logo vectoring service.

How to define colors?

We recommend defining colors according to Pantone C (Pantone Solid Coated) palette. This is a system of color identification with which we are able to better control the final color effect of the imprint. 

Printing from files with CMYK colors is technologically possible, but in this case it is not possible to compare the effect on the final product with any scale - the color effect of the same project may be different on different machines. For this reason, we recommend using the Pantone C scale.

Is it possible to print in gold, silver or neon?

Production technology does not allow us to accurately reflect gold and silver colors - we use Pantone C colors in similar colors, without metallic effect, as in the case of colors from the neon range. Before placing an order for products in such colors,  we recommend making a photo/physical sample. 

Why was there interference with my design (logo was reversed etc.)?

For the sake of high quality of marked products, based on experience and knowledge of technology, in exceptional situations we allow ourselves to suggest modifications with the information about it on the visualization prepared by us. We proceed to the production  only after obtaining your approval.

Color tolerances on different materials.

Please note that due to the differences in the texture of textiles, their different weights, types of bases, the same Pantone C color may look slightly different on different products. Please keep in mind the commonly accepted and allowable tolerance of +/- 2 shades according to the Pantone scale.

How to prepare files for printing?

Design templates are available for download directly from the website, after logging in,  under sales tools-> artwork templates.

Will each piece of product have the stitching at exactly the same distance from the logo?

Graphic visualization is for illustration purposes, to present the product. The final product, due to the mass production, shrinkage of materials under the influence of high temperature, manual nature of sewing, etc., may slightly  differ   (details in OWH), while it should be emphasized that the phenomena described above are common, acceptable  and do not affect the functionality and usability of products.

Why do additional warnings appear on the visualization prepared by TedGifted, and what can be done to avoid the risks TedGifted informs us about?

If warnings appear on the visualization, it means that any of the guidelines required for printing in the highest quality have not been followed and therefore there may be risks, e.g. illegibility, blurring, etc. 

If you do not know how to deal with this, and you want to improve the visualization, contact our Customer Service - we are at your disposal and can advise you.

Can you print the edge along the ribbon/frame/line etc.?

Technologically possible, while for the sake of the highest quality of products  we recommend avoiding coloring edges, borders, lines along the edges of the tapes, because due to the mass nature and slight vibration of the tapes in the production process is the risk of creating  shifts / deviations from the center of the tape edges. As a result, the lines / edges  on each piece of the product may have different widths / dimensions.

Why can't the logo be placed on the entire available width of the tape/material?

Due to the specifics of production, it is necessary to maintain tolerances of placement in relation to the edge of the material (top/bottom).Due to the mass nature of production, during the production process, the tape may shift slightly, thus causing a commonly accepted deviation in the alignment of the logo from the center of the tape +/-  1-2 mm. Around the logos, it is therefore necessary to use the so-called safe areas - spaces where important graphics are not placed. These are places where the possible shift of the tape in production will not cause the effect of cutting off important graphics.

Is it possible to change the uploaded file and request a new visualization?

Yes, until you accept the graphic visualization prepared by us, you can make changes and amend the files. After more than 3 corrections, additional fees may be charged.

Can I get a visualization from a previous order?

Yes, just contact Customer Service and provide the reference number of the previous order.

Is it possible to order one design in several color versions?

Yes, however, in the case of several orders differing in color, we reserve the right to prepare all color versions only after approval of the first layout.

What is the delivery time of the order?

After configuration of the selected product, the date of shipment of the order from our warehouse in Poland is given.It is 100% guaranteed.

When the product is packed, ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the waybill number and the link of the carrier where you can track  the status of the shipment.

Delivery time after the goods leave the warehouse depends on the selected type of transport. 

For air shipments  in 99% of cases they are delivered  in 1-2 working days (within the EU).

 You can check more delivery details directly on the carrier's website after entering the delivery address. Choosing this type of service gives you a basis for claiming delivery costs from the carrier and gives you more confidence in delivery at the indicated time.We recommend this mode of transportation.

For road shipments, deliveries in 98% of cases are made  within the assumed timeframe. In case of delays in delivery, there are no ground for claiming reimbursement of delivery costs.

What does delivery under ex works conditions mean to the Purchaser?

TedGifted, as a direct manufacturer of personalized items, makes deliveries on an ex-works basis. This means that until the goods leave the warehouse, the responsibility for the goods lies with the seller. After the goods leave the warehouse, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with a third party - the carrier.

What can I do if I'm waiting for my order to be delivered, I have a tracking number, but the shipment hasn't reached me?

With the shipment of goods, we send a notification that the goods have left the warehouse and provide a tracking number, so you can track the delivery status yourself on the carrier's website. In case of doubtful situations or in case of messages from the carrier about postponed delivery, we encourage you to contact the carrier's branch directly. This will enable faster clarification of the matter.

The TedGifted team is always at your disposal, but our experience shows that much faster in emergency situations recipients manage to resolve matters by monitoring directly in the branch of the carrier.

What if the notification with the shipment number does not work?

What if there are damaged cartons in the order received?

All products that leave our warehouse are packed under monitoring, in the interest of preserving and maintaining the highest standards. Situations in which the carton is damaged happen occasionally, nevertheless, in such situations  these exceptional ones, please report to Customer Service to determine the cause.

What transportation options are available?

Available on the service are less-than truckload (parcel) deliveries by road and by air, as well as pallet deliveries (for selected products).

Is it possible to order a special delivery for a Saturday, holiday, special address airport, congress, etc.?

We create the possibility of tailor-made deliveries - for example, directly to events, airports, delivery on Saturdays, holidays, etc. If you do not find a solution for you in the system, please contact Customer Service. Chętnie pomożemy.

Is no-name delivery possible?

Yes, all deliveries made within the European Union are made no-name , without the data of our company as a shipper.

How are orders packed?

Orders are shipped in neutral cardboard boxes, made of FSC-certified cardboard. A bill of lading is affixed to each carton 

Smaller shipments can be delivered in foil packs, such as wristbands, cloths(up to 500 pieces), lanyards and ribbons (up to 200 pieces) or bandanas (up to 50 pieces).

If you need special packaging, a description on a carton, or other personalization, ask Customer Service about the possibilities.

Is it possible to ship to several addresses (no name) within a one order?

Yes, contact Customer Service to prepare your order.

What if the delivery will be to a business address that is unmarked, without a signboard, with difficult access such as an intercom?

In this case, after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier will leave the shipment at the nearest accesspoint, from where the recipient will be able to pick it up on his own.

What if the recipient is not available on site?

If the recipient is not present, there will be another delivery attempt on the next business day. If it's UPS, after two unsuccessful attempts, the shipment will return to the TedGifted warehouse.

What if the shipment is sent back to TedGifted?

We will inform you about the return by email. Once the payment is settled and the delivery address is confirmed, we will resend the order.

Is the invoice added to the carton/shipment?

No. The invoice is  sent via email on the day your order is shipped  from the warehouse, to the address indicated in your order. You can also   download it   in the Profile - > Invoices and settlements section.?????????????????????

Is it possible to deliver to a country other than those of the indicated list, indicated in the TedGifted system?

Yes. Contact Customer Service. We will be happy to assist you.

Is it possible to ship to Ukraine and Russia?

No. Due to the political situation in both countries, it is not possible to ship to either Ukraine or Russia.

Is it possible to pick up the order in person?

Yes. You can pick up at   during hours. 14.00-16.00

What forms of payment does TedGifted offer?

Can I pay for several orders in groups?

I need special payment terms. How can I get them?

For this purpose, please contact the Customer Service. At the request of the customer, it is possible to work out individual terms and conditions of trade credit, advance payment form on order, etc.

When will I receive the final invoice?

The invoice is sent by email on the day the order is shipped from the warehouse to the address indicated in the order. You can also download the invoice after logging into your account on tedgifted.com under Profile - > Billing.

Yes, by individual arrangement with Customer Service, reported no later than before the confirmation of the first of several orders for mass production.
