2. Your data is retained in our database as a consequence of the current commercial contacts, registrations made at www.tedgifted.com, business and trade fair meetings as well as individual telemarketing and mailing actions and information publicly available in the Internet.


3. The processing of your data by TGL Poland follows from the legitimate interest of the Controller (pursuant to 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation dated 27 April 2016): the current commercial activity, i.e. the sale of products and services and the direct marketing aimed at conclusion of a commercial contract. The specific purpose of the data processing is as follows: ongoing commercial communication, direct marketing, order processing, undertaking promotional activities, providing the possibility of using the website: www.tedgifted.com, filing complaints and other necessary activities such as keeping accounting books and tax settlements both presently and in the future.


4. We would like to inform you that your data may be profiled for the purpose of forwarding sales, design, promotional and marketing offers.

We would like to inform you that your data will be processed until your consent to the provision of services in the electronic form is withdrawn, and after this period, for the time necessary to complete an order and in connection with the processing of the order, and for the period required by the legal regulations.

7. TGL Poland processes the Customer’s personal data pursuant to art. 6 (1)(F) of Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and on repealing of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "GDPR") – i.e. the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.


8. The provision of the personal data by the Customer is the condition for obtaining full access to the functionalities on the online platform www.tedgifted.com. The provision of the personal data by the Client is voluntary, but necessary for the processing of orders of products and services offered by the Controller. The provision of the personal data by the Customer is also voluntary, if TGL Poland is allowed to send marketing content and commercial information.


9. TGL Poland will only disclose the personal data of the Customer, if this is required by the applicable laws and only to an extent expressly specified by these laws, and also when the ordered services so require.


10. With regard to the personal data processing you have the following rights:
    
    
    
    1. the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or the right to the process and restrict the data processing,
    
    
    2. the right to access the personal data of the Customer,
    
    
    3. the right to request the rectification of the Customer’s personal data,
    
    
    4. the right to request the erasure of the Customer’s personal data - "to be forgotten",
    
    
    5. the right to request the restriction of the Customer’s personal data,
    
    
    6. the right to transfer the Customer’s personal data,
    
    
    7. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the personal data protection, i.e. President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
