What is the standard order turnaround time?
Standard production time depends on the chosen product type, but for most classic lanyards, we can fulfil an order in Express Mode (from 24h), and in many cases even Super Express (from 6h). We always confirm the precise deadline before starting production.
In what format should graphic files be sent?
To ensure the print is perfectly sharp, we prefer vector files saved in PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG format. Text should be converted to curves, and colours defined in the CMYK or Pantone palette (depending on the chosen branding technique).
Do you offer "no-name" shipping directly to my client?
Yes, white-label shipping is our standard when working with agencies. The goods travel straight from our warehouse to your client, but there are no details identifying us as the sender on the cartons or the waybill. The recipient does not know who fulfilled the order.
