Information clause

1. The Controller of your personal data is Spandia Textile Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Company, with its registered office in Plewiska (62-064), ul. Żytnia 3, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000375389, NIP 7831664350, REGON 301624354. 2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of providing and administering services, as well as for accounting purposes, ongoing commercial and legal operations, and for the legitimate interests of the Controller, including securing evidence which may serve as grounds for the Controller’s claims or defense against claims, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC).
Personal data processed via the Contact Form, Newsletter, and Microsoft Clarity software are processed based on consent, i.e. pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

3. Data subjects have the right to access their data, have them rectified, erased, restrict processing, object to processing, and the right to data portability.
If it is determined that personal data processing violates GDPR regulations, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in writing at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw or via the online form at https://uodo.gov.pl/489/id_art/2246.

4. Providing personal data is voluntary but required for executing agreements and rendering services by the Controller. Failure to provide data will render it impossible for the Controller to provide services, including use of the full functionality of www.tedgifted.com.

5. Data will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose, and no longer than 6 years after the termination of the agreement or cessation of services by the Controller, subject to exceptions for data processed based on consent, which will be stored until consent is withdrawn or the purpose of processing ceases to exist.

6. Recipients of the personal data include IT service providers, hosting companies, accounting and legal services, and payment processing partners.

7. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, entities processing personal data on behalf of the Controller may transfer data to countries for which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision (in particular, the United States). Where data is transferred to countries for which such a decision has not been issued, the Controller applies appropriate legal safeguards pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

8. The processed personal data may be profiled for sale, project, offer, and marketing purposes. Personal data are not used for automated decision-making.
