The processing of your data by TGL Poland Sp z o.o. results from the legally justified interest of the controller (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016): ongoing commercial activities, i.e. sales of products and services, direct marketing for the purpose of concluding a commercial contract.

The purpose of data processing in particular: ongoing commercial communication, direct marketing, order processing, conducting promotional activities, enabling the use of the website www.tedgifted.com, filing complaints and other necessary activities such as bookkeeping and tax settlements - now and in the future.

9. The provision of personal data by the Customer is voluntary, but necessary in order to carry out orders for products and services offered by the administrator. The provision of personal data by the Customer is also voluntary in the case of enabling TGL Poland Sp. z o.o. to send marketing content and commercial information.
10. TGL Poland Sp z o.o. will transfer the Customer's personal data only if required by law, only
    and only to the extent stipulated by these legal regulations, and also in case the requested service requires it.
11. You have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data:
    - the right to withdraw consent to data processing or the right to process, limit processing,
    - the right to access the Customer's personal data,
    - the right to request the rectification of Customer's personal data,
    - the right to request erasure of Customer's personal data - ‘to be forgotten’,
    - the right to request restriction of processing of Customer's personal data,
    - the right to portability of Customer's personal data,
    - the right to make a complaint to the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
