Promotion Terms and Conditions – "Special Offer on Bandanas and Event Headbands"

§1 General Provisions

1. The organizer of the promotion "Special Offer on Bandanas and Event Headbands" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is Spandia Textile sp. z o.o., based in Plewiska, ul. Żytnia 3, 62-064 Plewiska, NIP: 7831664350, REGON: 301624354.

2. The promotion runs from July 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM until August 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM.

3. The promotion applies to orders of:
a) Bandanas and event headbands – free production setup cost for online orders
b) Special prices for classic bandanas with 4/4 full-color print

4. The promotion is valid only for entities registered in the European Union and the UK.

§2 Participation Rules

1. Any physical person conducting business who has an account on tedgifted.com and is a registered customer of the Organizer (hereinafter: "Client") may participate in the Promotion.

§3 How to Use the Promotion

1. To use the Promotion, the Client must:
a) Place an order for promotional products during the promotion period

§4 Exclusions

1. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers from the Organizer.

2. The promotion does not apply to orders that do not meet the quantity requirements specified in §1 point 3.

3. Order lead times are confirmed individually by the Client's Account Manager.

4. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse promotional order fulfillment without providing a reason if such fulfillment would be against the Organizer's interests.

§5 Final Provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms or end the Promotion early for valid reasons, provided that notice is given on the tedgifted.com website.

2. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved by the court competent for the Organizer's registered office.

3. The Terms and Conditions come into effect on the start date of the Promotion.
