Terms and conditions of the promotion

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the “Summer Promotion MIX'N'MATCH” (hereinafter: “Promotion”) is Spandia Textile sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Plewiska, ul. Żytnia 3, 62-064 Plewiska, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000375389, NIP: 7831664350, REGON: 301624354 (hereinafter: “Organiser”).
2. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promotion runs from 01/07/2026 to 31/07/2026 or until Promotional Products run out (hereinafter: “Promotion Duration”). The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend, or cancel the Promotion, informing Participants immediately.
4. The Promotion can be combined with selected promotions and discounts.

II. PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS

1. The Promotion is open to all users with an active account on: tedgifted.com (hereinafter: “Participant”).
2. By participating, the Participant must read and accept these Terms and Conditions, committing to follow the rules outlined within.
3. The Organiser will notify Participants about the Promotion via email, on tedgifted.com, by phone, and through the Organiser’s social media platforms.

III. PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion applies to orders of MIX'N'MATCH promotional lanyards that include:
1. A cord in a colour selected by the Participant from the Organiser's available palette,
2. A MIX'N'MATCH breakaway safety connector,
3. A full-colour print on the MIX'N'MATCH slider base (single-sided),
4. A MIX'N'MATCH plastic ring or MIX'N'MATCH shackle,
   (hereinafter: “Promotional Product”).
2. Upon ordering the Promotional Product, the Participant may additionally order a MIX'N'MATCH phone patch (unbranded) at a discounted price of €0.12/pc.
3. Participants can take advantage of the Promotion by ordering the Promotional Product during the Promotion Duration online — directly via www.tedgifted.com — or offline through their account manager via email.
4. During the Promotion Duration, a special price applies to the Promotional Product as displayed on www.tedgifted.com.

IV. COMPLAINTS

1. Only Participants taking part in the Promotion have the right to file complaints regarding its execution.
2. Complaints regarding the Promotion are submitted and processed according to the complaints procedure set out in the Organiser’s General Terms and Conditions, available at www.tedgifted.com.
3. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions take precedence over the Organiser’s General Terms and Conditions.

V. PERSONAL DATA

1. The controller of personal data provided by Participants is Spandia Textile sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Plewiska. Participants have the right to access and correct their data.
2. Data collected in connection with the Promotion will be used for the purposes of this Promotion, in accordance with the Information Clause available at www.tedgifted.com.
3. Should any of the Participant’s registration data change, they must notify the Organiser via email within 7 (seven) days of the change.
4. The Organiser is not liable for any consequences arising from a Participant's failure to update their data, nor for the consequences of a Participant providing false or inaccurate data.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. These Terms and Conditions are public and available at www.tedgifted.com.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without stating a reason. Amendments will not affect orders placed before the changes come into effect.
3. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be settled by the competent court for the Organiser's registered office.
4. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the starting date of the Promotion.
