Promotion Terms and Conditions – “Special Trade Fair Offer for Promotional Lanyards with Courier Delivery”

§1 General Provisions

1. The organizer of the promotion “Special Trade Fair Offer for Promotional Lanyards with Courier Delivery” (hereinafter: “Promotion”) is Spandia Textile sp. z o.o., based in Plewiska, ul. Żytnia 3, 62-064 Plewiska, VAT ID: 7831664350, REGON: 301624354.
2. The promotion runs from August 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM until 30 calendar days after the end of the trade fair.
3. The promotion applies to orders of:
   a) Promotional lanyards placed online at tedgifted.com or offline via sales representatives by email.
4. The promotion is valid only for entities registered in the European Union and the UK.

§2 Participation Rules

1. Any individual conducting business who has an account on tedgifted.com and is a registered customer of the Organizer (hereinafter: “Client”) may participate in the Promotion.

§3 How to Use the Promotion

1. To use the Promotion, the Client must place an order for promotional products during the promotion period and provide the promotional code either as a comment in the online order or communicate it to the sales representative in the email order.
2. Failure to provide the promotional code at the time of ordering excludes the possibility of applying the Promotion to that order.

§4 Exclusions

1. The promotion offering free delivery may be combined with other promotions, discounts or special offers from the Organizer, unless specified otherwise.
2. The promotion does not cover orders that do not meet the quantity limits specified in §1 point 3.
3. Delivery times are confirmed individually by the Client’s Account Manager.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment under promotional terms if it conflicts with the Organizer’s interests.

§5 Special Conditions for New Clients

1. New clients placing orders between September 3, 2025, and October 31, 2025, receive free delivery within the European Union and the United Kingdom, valid for orders up to 1,000 lanyards per order.
2. Other promotion terms remain unchanged.

§6 Final Provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms or end the Promotion early with notice given on tedgifted.com.
2. Any disputes related to the Promotion shall be resolved by the court competent for the Organizer’s registered office.
3. These Terms come into effect on the start date of the Promotion.
