Terms and conditions of the promotion

The organizer of the promotion "Bandana basic with full-color print at the price of 0.85 €/pc or 3.65 zł net/pc for quantities of 200-499 pieces" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is Spandia Textile sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Plewiska, ul. Żytnia 3, 62-064 Plewiska, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000375389, NIP: 7831664350, REGON: 301624354 (hereinafter: "Organizer"). 

The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the terms of these Regulations. 

The Promotion is organized from 31.03.2026 at 8:00 a.m. while the stocks of Promotional Products lasts (hereinafter: "Promotion Period"). 

The Promotion can be combined with selected promotions and discounts. 

The Promotion is intended for all users who have an active account at tedgifted.com (hereinafter: "Participant"), excluding users covered by cooperation on individual terms. 

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any Participant from participating in the Promotion at its own discretion, within the limits of applicable law, without the need to provide reasons. 

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant declares that they have read the content of these Regulations and accept its terms. The Participant undertakes to comply with the rules contained therein. 

The Organizer informs Participants about the Promotion primarily via e-mail, on the tedgifted.com website, by telephone, and on social media platforms owned by the Organizer. 

The Promotion covers the purchase of 200 to 499 pieces of bandana basic, classic collection with full-color print, polyester 135 g/sqm (hereinafter: Promotional Product), subject to section 2. 

The Promotion includes the Promotional Product purchased in production mode: express, standard, or budget. 

Participants who, during the Promotion Period, place an order in the quantity specified in section 1 above online - directly through the website  www.tedgifted.com or offline - via a sales representative by e-mail may benefit from the Promotion. 

During the Promotion Period, the Participant may take advantage of the Promotion multiple times, until stocks are exhausted, subject to clause 5 

The Promotion does not cover orders placed in parts, i.e., as part of several separate orders concerning one project of the Participant executed by the Organizer. One project of the Participant is understood as the configuration of a given product selected by the Participant with the Participant's graphic placed on the product. The assessment of whether given orders concern one project belongs to the Organizer 

During the Promotion Period, the promotional price applies to the Promotional Product for the bandanas specified in section 1 above, i.e., 0.85 €/pc or 3.65 zł net/pc. 

The Promotion does not cover the purchase of Promotional Products that do not cumulatively meet the conditions specified in the Regulations. 

Within the Promotion, the Organizer provides Participants with the opportunity to benefit from an additional discount on the purchase of a bandana package at the price of 0.01 €/pc or 0.01 zł/pc. 

The right to file a complaint regarding the course of the Promotion belongs exclusively to the Participant taking part in the Promotion. 

Complaints regarding the Promotion are filed and handled in accordance with the complaint procedure specified in the Organizer's General Terms and Conditions, available on the website  www.tedgifted.com. 

The provisions of these Regulations take precedence over the Organizer's General Order Conditions. 

The administrator of personal data provided by Participants is Spandia Textile sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Plewiska. Participants have the right to access their data and to correct it. 

Data obtained in connection with the organization of the Promotion will be used for the purposes of this Promotion, in accordance with the Information Clause available on the website  www.tedgifted.com. 

In the event of any changes to the Participant's data provided during registration, the Participant is obliged to notify the Organizer thereof by e-mail within 7 (seven) days from the date of the change. 

The Organizer shall not be liable for any consequences of the Participant's failure to report a change in data. The Organizer shall also not be liable for the effects of the Participant providing untrue or unreliable data. 

These Regulations are public and available on the website  www.tedgifted.com. 

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations at any time without giving reasons. Amendments to the Regulations do not affect orders placed before their effective date. 

Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer's registered office. 

The Regulations enter into force on the date of the start of the Promotion.
